Misteria is an independent studio for research, creation and production in digital art, founded in 2011 in Fortaleza by Valentino Cabanillas Kmentt. The work grows out of projected image in dialogue with space, unfolding into videomapping, immersive audiovisual installations, video art, live audiovisual performance and stage design.
What connects the works is not a fixed theme, but a commitment to quality and careful execution at every stage — concept, script, art direction, animation, score and edit. The studio works as a space for experimentation, open to partnerships.

Valentino Kmentt, director of the Abstrata Festival, is a filmmaker and visual artist, with extensive work dedicated to producing projectable works and immersive audiovisual experiences. Founder of Misteria, he has a consolidated trajectory in the field of videomapping and digital art, taking part in national and international festivals and projects.
His work stands out for its research into generative art, animation and visual programming, exploring the fusion of light, form and technology as narrative and sensory elements. The Abstrata Festival reflects this artistic and experimental vision, serving as a meeting point between artists, technology and audience.
Valentino is founder, director and producer of the Abstrata — International Videomapping Festival, Fortaleza-Ceará's first event dedicated to videomapping and digital arts, with two editions held so far.
